In certain
circumstances it may be necessary to incur costs to collect outstanding monies
due from End Borrower. These will be recoverable from the borrower or from the
first proceeds of disposing of assets in due course. RVF consider it important
that funds are available upfront, and immediately, if action is necessary.
A part of the sums
paid by the End Borrower to RVF will be made available by RVF for the Cost of Recovery.
RVF’s current policy is to contribute £10,000 to the initial cost of any
recovery action. Additional costs will
be sourced from investors.
