In certain circumstances it may be necessary to incur costs to collect outstanding monies due from End Borrower. These will be recoverable from the borrower or from the first proceeds of disposing of assets in due course. RVF consider it important that funds are available upfront, and immediately, if action is necessary. A part of the sums paid by the End Borrower to RVF will be made available by RVF for the Cost of Recovery. RVF’s current policy is to contribute £10,000 to the initial cost of any recovery action.  Additional costs will be sourced from investors.
